I quit smoking three years ago, and wanted to do something in my life to better my health, and prove to be a positive healthy role model to my children. My first race was the Dirty Donkey Mud Run in August of 2013. After that I was hooked, but wanted to try a non-obstacle course. Since my first race I have now ran five 5k and one 10k (2014). I have recently registered myself for the WFPS half Marathon for October 18, 2015! I'm actually very excited for it! I've never considered myself a "Runner" but am starting to see myself as one.
Short-Term Running Goals:
I looking to complete my first Half Marathon, and continue to grow as an individual from there.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Success and a healthy lifestyle
Personal:
I am currently engaged to my best friend, and I have three wonderful children.
